2020 Pandemic Blues most of the global community was on a pandemic lock down and the blues permitted the air . Trying hard not to flip out or worry about loved ones that were cut off from physical communication , the 6 feet apart rule was in affect.
Money was coming in from our government to get us through due to facts no one could go to work anymore and the uncertainty was horrific on everyone. 2019 I did a gig at Lehman College Bronx NY with CeCe Peniston, Tavares ,Fonda Ray , The Ritchie Family , France Jolie and Moment Of Truth.A great fun time show but there was a feeling in the air for me telling me something was amidst us all that would change things drastically , just a feeling and I said to myself this is the last gig I’m going to do for awhile why no clue but turned out 2020 the world was full covid 19 lock down.
Survival of the mind …Painting …I started watching Youtube videos and stumbled upon an art page Liquid Art it was called and I became smitten by PAINTS and the freedom the flow and strokes of a paint brush ! No Mistakes no wrong note no critiques from anyone as what to wear how to look talk oh no painting is Freedom …Before I knew it I’d purchased hundreds of various size blank canvas and brushes tools for definition and textures. No lessons just the need to create so I did one of a kind canvas art then fell in love with working with Resin . Resin gives my pieces a glass like finish I Love it.
